Welcome to the Pirate's Cove's website. We are located on Tierra Verde Island on the Bayway to the Gulf Beaches, south of Saint Petersburg, FL, a fantastic place to live. But even more important, we are a member-friendly community. We want to welcome you to our site. We hope that it is just as entertaining as it is informative about our community.
Pirate's Cove is located on the east side of Tierra Verde, about 3 miles south of the Isla del Sol turnoff, with an unobstructed and spectacular view of Tampa Bay, dotted with boaters, birds, mangroves, islands, and the Skyway Bridge.
We are a community of 42 townhouse condo units, with 32 boat slips reserved for the exclusive use of our members. We govern ourselves through Pirate's Cove Club Condominium Association, Inc. Each unit owner has a vote on Association matters. The Association is governed by a board of seven (7) member directors.
Although a member has the right to lease his or her unit after it has been owned for a year, Pirate's Cove is primarily a community of single families.
Pirate's Cove employs Tierra Verde Property Management, Inc. as its manager. TVPM is located at 1110 Pinellas Bayway S, Suite 207, Tierra Verde, FL 33715 and can be reached by telephone, 727-864-6468.
